Fastlane Autocare is the North West and North Wales’ trusted name in mobile mechanic and garage services. Offering a main dealer experience with an independent feel and being backed by both the RAC and the AA scoring 98% on audits, we are proud to serve you with the best mobile mechanic experience known in the North West and North Wales areas. Founded in 2002 by CEO Mark Coakley awarded (CAE-AMIMI), we have spent over two decades building a reputation for excellence, reliability, and customer-first service. From our humble beginnings as a one-man mobile mechanic operation, we have grown into a leading provider of automotive repair and maintenance, serving communities across Merseyside, Greater Manchester, Cheshire, North Wales and beyond.

Our story...

The early years:

Fastlane Autocare began with a simple vision: to deliver high-quality, convenient vehicle repairs directly to customers. Mark, after completing his NVQ Level 2 in engineering and qualifying as a Level 3 vehicle technician, set out to offer a friendly, jargon-free approach to car care. His commitment to mastering every aspect of vehicle repair including plant and HGV fitting laid the foundation for the company’s future growth.

Growth and expansion:

As demand for our services grew, so did our team and capabilities. We established our flagship site on Boundary Road, St Helens, and expanded to cover the entire North West and North Wales region. Today, Fastlane Autocare operates a fleet of fully equipped mobile mechanic vans and mobile tyre-fitting units, each carrying the latest diagnostic and repair technology. Our AA and RAC approved workshops offer a full suite of garage services, from MOTs and servicing to complex repairs and diagnostics.

We are accredited as ZF gearbox centres for repair and servicing in the North West as well as offering DVSA approved vehicle testing, repair and servicing sites.
