Can I cancel or rearrange my mechanic?

Yes, you can. If you wish to rearrange your visit time, please call us on 07943 185471. Should you wish to cancel your arranged appointment there is a £50 administration charge.

Important-Vehicle Inspections

Please note we cannot refund any payments that are booked and paid in full for vehicle inspections due to customer cancellations. If a vehicle inspection is booked in and the seller or buyer cancels the vehicle purchase, we will happily keep a retainer for the buyer. When another vehicle is found, the original inspection will then be carried out on the new vehicle purchase. Retainers for any cancelled inspection can be held for up to 6 months only, in line with company policy.

Can I pay by card?

Yes of course, however, as we have a limited number of vans with card machine facilities on them, please select the Pay by card option when booking online or inform the office if making a telephone booking. If a card machine van is unavailable at your selected date and time, we will call you directly and inform you of the next available slot. If you have the means to pay via cash your selected date and time will be unaffected.

How soon can I have a call out?

We have a dedicated fast fit team with an estimated time of arrival of just 35 minutes depending on where you are located and availability! Please call a member of the Fastlane Autocare team direct on 07943 185471 for this service.

Will I receive a full invoice?

Yes, you will always get a full invoice as requested, outlining the service provided and costs incurred.
